Refund Policy

1. Subscription Services

Due to the digital nature of our subscription services and the immediate access granted to our content upon purchase, we do not provide refunds for subscription fees, including but not limited to:

• Monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription fees
• Pro or Elite tier subscriptions
• Any subscription upgrades or downgrades
• Subscription renewals

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the subscription period that has already been paid.

2. Digital Products and Content

All digital products and content are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Access to the Stock Screener and historical performance data
• Market Reports and educational content
• Call of the Week features and analysis
• Watchlist functionality and features
• Market Pulse and market analysis tools
• Any other digital resources, tools, or content provided through the Platform

Once you have accessed or downloaded any digital content, you are not entitled to a refund, regardless of whether you have fully utilized the content or services.

3. Physical Products

All physical product sales are final. This includes:

• Printed materials, guides, or playbooks
• Physical merchandise or promotional items
• Any other physical products sold through the Platform

4. Limited Exceptions

The only exceptions to our no-refund policy are in the following limited circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased content or services, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund or credit.
• Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charges.
• Physical Product Damage: If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or refund.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform. We will provide documentation to your payment provider showing that you received the services or products you paid for, and that our refund policy was clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to subscription features until the end of the period for which you have already paid. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the subscription period.

7. Acknowledgment

By making a purchase on our Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood this Refund Policy
• You agree to the no-refund policy as stated herein
• You understand that all sales are final
• You have had the opportunity to review product information and ask questions before purchasing
