If you request a refund before completing your personalization questionnaire, we'll issue a full refund — no work has been produced yet.
Once your personalized digital playbook has been generated and delivered, it is final and not eligible for a refund, since it's a custom digital good created specifically for you.
Because printed copies are personalized and produced specifically for you, they are not refundable once submitted for printing. If your printed copy arrives damaged or with an error on our part, contact us and we'll make it right.
