Physical Products

All physical product sales are final. This includes:

  • Physical merchandise
  • Any other physical items

Exceptions

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in cases where the product is:

  • Damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Not as described in the product listing
